Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management including retention, up-selling and new business development
  • Imaging or Healthcare experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Familiarity with the personal injury market
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizations
  • Creative rapport building
  • Strong goal-oriented individual with a continuous drive to learn

Responsibilities

  • Manage current imaging center accounts
  • Help grow network in current and future markets
  • Ensure customer experience for patients, referring providers and imaging centers
  • Maintain proper margins and drive cost per scan down
  • Sell new products (Insurance, AI tools) into accounts
  • Build relationships with current and future imaging center partners
  • Monitor volume and ensure capacity
  • Build reporting and business review meetings
  • Prospect new imaging centers
  • Maintain notes and documentation in HubSpot
