Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management including retention, up-selling and new business development
- Imaging or Healthcare experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Familiarity with the personal injury market
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizations
- Creative rapport building
- Strong goal-oriented individual with a continuous drive to learn
Responsibilities
- Manage current imaging center accounts
- Help grow network in current and future markets
- Ensure customer experience for patients, referring providers and imaging centers
- Maintain proper margins and drive cost per scan down
- Sell new products (Insurance, AI tools) into accounts
- Build relationships with current and future imaging center partners
- Monitor volume and ensure capacity
- Build reporting and business review meetings
- Prospect new imaging centers
- Maintain notes and documentation in HubSpot
