Requirements
- 8+ years experience in IT or equivalent.
- Experience leading or managing technical teams.
- 6 years of Salesforce Development experience (APEX, Visualforce, SOQL).
- 2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- 4 years of system integration experience.
- 1 year of experience with billing software.
- Strong expertise with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and APIs.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce developers through coaching, technical guidance, and career development.
- Partner with the Director of Salesforce Development to prioritize work and align delivery timelines.
- Establish and reinforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and release processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Contribute to platform architecture discussions to drive scalable solution design.
- Promote strong development lifecycle practices including code reviews, source control, and CI/CD processes.
