Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, growth, or partnerships.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end deal cycles.
- Financial modeling and business plan development skills.
- Ability to build and present an economic case for a partnership independently.
- Track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong project management experience.
- Fluency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Notion AI).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of high-value partnership opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development including outreach, diligence, business case creation, contracting, and launch.
- Deliver on existing partner contracts and mission-critical KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams to move deals from signed agreement to live operations.
- Build repeatable BD processes and systems to allow the function to scale.
- Use AI tools to conduct market research and develop presentations for C-level audiences.
