Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT services, software outsourcing, nearshore, or consulting environments.
- Proven track record of closing deals with US-based clients in software development, staff augmentation, or technology consulting services.
- Strong understanding of the US market, including B2B sales cycles, business culture, and enterprise decision-making structures.
- Existing network or proven portfolio of successful commercial relationships within the US technology ecosystem is highly valued.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Strong ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile software development concepts and IT service delivery models.
- Native-level or fully bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for US-based accounts, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute outbound business development strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other US-focused lead generation platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in software engineering services, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and IT consulting.
- Manage pipeline activity and consistently achieve revenue targets through structured sales processes and disciplined follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the US market, business culture, and competitive landscape to improve positioning and conversion rates.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance prospecting, outreach, research, and sales productivity.
