Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations.
  • Familiarity with employment operations and onboarding processes in Philippines, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems, Monday.com, Dropbox).
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in people operations and global HR.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system, especially related to onboarding and HR support across the APAC region.
  • Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to appropriate internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) when needed.
  • Support onboarding workflows for new hires across APAC, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with mobility-related coordination (e.g. relocations, document management, employment documentation).
  • Manage open tickets, ensuring timely responses and accurate prioritization.
  • Keep records up to date across platforms like Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
  • Assist with operational tasks and process execution to ensure smooth daily workflows.
  • Identify trends in employee queries and provide input for improving processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
