Requirements
- CEO, President, CRO, COO, or CFO at a PE backed software platform, vertical SaaS company, or technology services operator.
- Fifteen years or more in software or technology operations.
- Direct experience in acquisitions integration and platform scaling.
- Understanding of rule of forty dynamics, ARR retention, and customer acquisition unit economics.
- Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, senior executives, and PE professionals.
- Ability to represent Fireclay professionally to PE sponsors and target management.
Responsibilities
- Provide market intelligence on bolt on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context.
- Make introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives.
- Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
- Participate in PE sponsor pitches.
- Provide operational due diligence input on target companies.
- Advise on positioning and messaging for sponsor outreach and sourcing campaigns.
