  • Track record of driving adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes.
  • Strong executive-ready communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize diverse workloads.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive action in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working across internal teams to resolve blockers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run success plans tied to customer goals and milestones.
  • Establish repeatable operating cadences for onboarding and adoption.
  • Monitor engagement and usage signals to proactively drive progress.
  • Deliver QBRs, EBRs, and BVRs to communicate value and maintain alignment.
  • Manage renewal readiness, risk posture, and coordinate action plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to unblock customers.
