- Track record of driving adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes.
- Strong executive-ready communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize diverse workloads.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive action in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working across internal teams to resolve blockers.
Responsibilities
- Build and run success plans tied to customer goals and milestones.
- Establish repeatable operating cadences for onboarding and adoption.
- Monitor engagement and usage signals to proactively drive progress.
- Deliver QBRs, EBRs, and BVRs to communicate value and maintain alignment.
- Manage renewal readiness, risk posture, and coordinate action plans.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to unblock customers.
