- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or customer support teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Breeder Sales team to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Manage daily outbound engagement operations, including calls, emails, and campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and quality assurance standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve insurance attachment rates.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Shelter Sales Success team to achieve retention and engagement goals.
- Drive retention performance by reducing early policyholder churn.
- Analyze trends and customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on accountability.
