Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating visual/UI design skills and an understanding of design thinking.
- Working knowledge of Figma, including familiarity with design libraries, components, and variants.
- Solid understanding of how design systems and component-based design work in practice.
- Exposure to usability testing or user research methods.
- Curious and open to exploring AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
- Attention to detail and interest in consistency and file organization.
- Collaborative, low-ego attitude.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support senior designers across product teams with day-to-day design tasks using our Figma component library.
- Contribute to cross-platform user experience design initiatives across web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and expand our design library, including organizing components and updating documentation.
- Prepare wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity mockups based on direction from the design team.
- Support usability testing efforts, including planning sessions and synthesizing findings.
- Contribute to design QA by reviewing shipped experiences against specs.
- Join design reviews and team meetings as an observer and contributor.
- Take on small, scoped design tasks independently.
