- Experience in brand or marketing design
- Deep experience leading UX research and usability testing
- Proven ability to build and maintain design systems
- Fluency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience leading and mentoring small teams
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design system and visual language
- Lead a three-person design team
- Partner with CPO to translate product strategy into design
- Lead UX research, discovery, and usability testing
- Manage design QA standards
- Drive wireframing, prototyping, and iteration
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Collaborate with marketing on brand direction
