Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing senior project management, consulting or operations role within healthcare technology implementations
- Experience working with large hospital systems and/or payers
- Patient Access and/or Revenue Cycle Management and/or EHR implementation expertise
- Able to prioritize effectively across complex, interdependent workstreams
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated collaborative, consultative approach to building client relationships
- Creative and resilient problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills including proficiency in Excel, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, or Smartsheets
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the overall success of Cedar implementation for Cedar’s large, strategic clients
- Lead all aspects of development and execution of implementation project plans to ensure on time, on budget, quality delivery
- Act as a strategic thought partner between Delivery, go-to-market and product teams
- Work autonomously to navigate and overcome obstacles
- Form strong working relationships with client counterparts from operators to executives
- Partner with Solution Design Leads, Client Growth Leads, and engineers to execute complex implementations
- Coach and mentor Implementation Managers
- Refine tools and processes to scale the Delivery team
- Serve as the voice of the customer to inform improvements to the platform
