Requirements
- 7+ years leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Proven track record implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, or Employers.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent implementations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
- Hands-on eligibility file management (roster ingestion, member gating, offboarding).
- CRM experience for implementation tracking (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI applications in business operations.
- Proficiency building dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute implementation playbooks for repeatable, high-quality client launches.
- Build a scalable, automation-first implementation model.
- Lead handoff process between Sales and Client Services.
- Partner with Sales to flag implementation risks and inform timelines.
- Manage team and hold accountability for 20+ annual launches.
- Own end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients including eligibility and roster management.
- Oversee EDI/834 file implementation and data standards.
- Implement automation and AI solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Build real-time visibility into the implementation pipeline and migrate tracking to Salesforce.
- Serve as strategic lead for partner stakeholders and provide client-facing guidance.
