Requirements

  • 7+ years leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven track record implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, or Employers.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent implementations.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
  • Hands-on eligibility file management (roster ingestion, member gating, offboarding).
  • CRM experience for implementation tracking (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in business operations.
  • Proficiency building dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute implementation playbooks for repeatable, high-quality client launches.
  • Build a scalable, automation-first implementation model.
  • Lead handoff process between Sales and Client Services.
  • Partner with Sales to flag implementation risks and inform timelines.
  • Manage team and hold accountability for 20+ annual launches.
  • Own end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients including eligibility and roster management.
  • Oversee EDI/834 file implementation and data standards.
  • Implement automation and AI solutions to reduce manual effort.
  • Build real-time visibility into the implementation pipeline and migrate tracking to Salesforce.
  • Serve as strategic lead for partner stakeholders and provide client-facing guidance.
