Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, investigative, or analytical roles.
- Fluency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, or interest in learning.
- Skilled in various computer systems and internet technology (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large ticket volumes.
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage sensitive, confidential material.
- Critical thinking and ability to understand operational context.
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday schedule in Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests from law enforcement and government authorities globally.
- Review and assess requests related to critical safety incidents, emergency and emergency-in-progress situations.
- Identify and flag potentially high-risk requests for internal escalation.
- Investigate, track, analyze, and respond to legal requests for user data.
- Document investigation results and decisions accurately and confidentially.
- Develop and refer relevant criminal matters to law enforcement authorities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other LE Ops associates.
- Ensure urgent cases are handled in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
