Requirements
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on at least two of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Comfortable with Asana or similar project management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and event deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset with ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of paid programs across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns weekly to improve CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Report on funnel metrics weekly and monthly including impressions, clicks, CPL, MQL volume, and lead-to-SQL conversion.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of smaller events with full ownership of logistics, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the Events Marketing Manager on tier-1 and tier-2 events.
- Coordinate pre-event promotional campaigns and maintain events calendar and prep documents.
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to define post-event lead follow-up workflows and ensure CRM attribution is accurate in HubSpot.
- Track event ROI metrics including leads captured, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and cost-per-lead.
