Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring
- Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side
- Lead interactions with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market
- Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
- Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
- Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances
- Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
- Ideate, own and drive big bets in the country
