Requirements
- Proven experience in structured human support/coaching (coaching, consulting, teaching, nursing, public service, military, police)
- Strong communication skills to build trust and navigate difficult conversations
- Disciplined, process-oriented work ethic
- Emotional stability to manage multiple clients empathically
- Commitment to teamwork and high performance
- Willingness to work within established systems and SOPs
Responsibilities
- Manage a fixed client base of 100-150 individuals
- Conduct regular 1:1 calls, group coaching, and structured check-ins
- Guide clients through the program to ensure completion and prevent dropout
- Document client data and track progress consistently
- Drive long-term client retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for follow-up products and schedule sales meetings
