Requirements
- Proven experience in structured human support (e.g., coaching, nursing, public service, consulting, teaching, military, or police).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and address difficult topics.
- Disciplined, process-oriented working style.
- Emotional stability to manage many clients simultaneously without burnout.
- Background in structured environments (e.g., Bundeswehr, police, nursing, public service, elite sports) is an asset.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term role within a high-performance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fixed client base of 100–150 people independently.
- Conduct regular 1:1 calls, group coaching, check-ins, and structured follow-ups.
- Actively guide clients through the program and prevent drop-offs.
- Document client data and track progress.
- Maintain long-term client retention and community engagement.
- Drive conversions for follow-up products (at least 50% target).
- Schedule qualified appointments with the sales team.
- Monitor personal KPIs such as retention rate and client satisfaction.
