Requirements
- PhD in a quantitative field with 1+ years of experience, or BS/MS in a quantitative field with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience creating, deploying, and managing supervised learning models in production systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (TDD, code review, refactoring).
- Proficiency with the PyData stack (numpy, scikit-learn, pandas).
- Familiarity with ML tools (Spark, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLFlow, Chalk, BentoML, DVC).
- Ability to work as a cross-functional technical expert.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve practical business problems.
- Partner with business leaders and technical experts to develop new data sources.
- Improve modeling methodology.
- Apply models with sound risk management.
- Provide technical mentorship to the team.
