Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology or sales-related field, or relevant experience.
- 5-10+ years of experience in IT Security and/or Managed Security Services.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of IT GRC, penetration testing, PCI audit, MDR, AI security, IAM, and cloud/network/Microsoft security.
- Technical knowledge of security technologies like Firewalls, IPS, SIEM, DLP, and Cloud Security.
- Familiarity with security product vendors (e.g., Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Splunk, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
- Understanding of frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and the cyber kill-chain.
- Proficiency in AI tool use and AI products.
- Previous field delivery experience, ideally in large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients as a trusted advisor to identify security challenges and solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support in collaboration with sales teams to meet customer business needs.
- Present and articulate security value propositions to C-suite and CISO stakeholders.
- Communicate capabilities of security services.
- Monitor industry advancements and identify new technologies.
- Define requirements and solutions for hand-off to Solutions Architects.
- Work with Account Managers to establish presence in key client accounts.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to facilitate account mapping and deal registration.
- Conduct security training for the sales team.
- Demonstrate industry thought leadership.
