Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting 100% of targets year over year
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage large account portfolios
  • Leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing others
  • Solid project management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Manage a focused portfolio of larger clients, driving year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 4+ Account Managers
  • Run regular 1:1s, support career growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for both internal teams and external clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across your own accounts and support your team
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams; lead product trainings and AM team meetings as needed
  • Generate and analyze reports on team performance, account metrics, and KPIs
