Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in an Account Management lead or managerial role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting 100% of targets year over year
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage large account portfolios
- Leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing others
- Solid project management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage a focused portfolio of larger clients, driving year-over-year Net Gross Payment Revenue growth of 120%+
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 4+ Account Managers
- Run regular 1:1s, support career growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for both internal teams and external clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service across your own accounts and support your team
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams; lead product trainings and AM team meetings as needed
- Generate and analyze reports on team performance, account metrics, and KPIs
