Responsibilities
- Own sportsbook margin performance and optimisation initiatives
- Diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products
- Define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap
- Review pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworks
- Assess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanics
- Partner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvements
- Establish performance reporting and governance frameworks
- Manage and develop a Trading Quant
- Define tooling and platform improvements with Engineering
- Leverage AI and automation to improve workflows
