Requirements

  • 4+ years of continuous experience as HR Business Partner in software development.
  • Proven track record of partnering with and influencing Middle and Senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
  • Advanced expertise in HR Analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and high-risk investigations.
  • Strategic understanding of modern tech environments (AI tools, workflow automation).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to Middle and Senior Management.
  • Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data to forecast trends.
  • Oversee comprehensive change programs and transition plans.
  • Mitigate global HR risks and lead high-risk investigations.
  • Support Performance review, Promotion, and Compensation management processes.
  • Execute employee experience strategies and engagement programs.
  • Facilitate mediations and resolve disputes.
  • Coordinate with internal functions like Legal, Security, and Ops.
