Responsibilities
- Lead digital journalism growth strategy across web, newsletters, search, social, audio, events, and emerging platforms.
- Partner with editorial leaders to improve reach, engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
- Oversee audience insights, analytics, experimentation, and performance reporting.
- Develop strategies for newsletters, SEO, social distribution, content discovery, and reader engagement.
- Support digital product initiatives that improve user experience and audience retention.
- Manage a team of audience, digital, and engagement professionals.
- Identify growth opportunities while maintaining editorial quality and credibility.
