Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management
  • Understanding of nuances in denial codes and administrative denials
  • Familiarity with medical billing systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market (sales and customer engagement)
  • Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent

Responsibilities

  • Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning
  • Lead pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders
  • Convert pilots to paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion
  • Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1
  • Lead the seed raise with support from the studio network
  • Recruit and lead the founding team
  • Establish the cultural foundation of the company
