Requirements
- 20+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals
- Current or former CEO or C-suite executive
- Commitment to 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
- Capacity for 3-5 hours per week
- Completion of Mento's internal ICF-certified coach training program
- Growth mindset
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
- Communicating with members via Mento email or app chat
- Sharing coaching tools and insights with the Mento coaching community
- Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
