Requirements
- Director, VP, or senior leader in demand generation or growth marketing
- 20+ years of experience managing marketing teams
- Proven experience coaching individuals
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Growth mindset and comfort in a startup environment
- Minimum 12+ hours per month dedication
- Commitment to at least 24 months with Mento
- Must graduate from company's ICF-certified training program
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions using the Mento platform
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coaching methodology
- Maintain communication with members via email or in-app chat
- Contribute to the coach community by sharing tools and insights
- Represent the Mento community with empathy and professionalism
