Experience: 10+ years

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in channel/partner management enablement or related role within an IAM/IGA organization.
Thorough domain knowledge in all areas of Identity Access Governance (IAG).
Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven track record of building scalable training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Direct customer or partner interaction and management skills.
Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation.
Experience with Federal and Governmental entities (preferred).
Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

Gather feedback to drive continual improvements with Saviynt processes, community tools and systems.
Understand partner’s strategic goals and advise on how to achieve them.
Provide feedback to partners on improving ways of working based on field info and internal data.
Work with CSMs, TAMs and Expert Services to build a picture of a partner’s strengths, weaknesses, and projects at risk.
Track go-live dates, identify aged/deferred go-lives at risk, and recommend interventions.
Profile partners by geography, experience and performance to assist Sales Directors.
Monitor partner engagement with community tools, forums, and portals.
Identify regional and global trends via data analysis and devise strategies for field teams.
Create content for quarterly Partner Newsletter.
Manage upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities including contract/pricing negotiation.
