Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in SaaS implementations.
- 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems.
- 8+ years of experience in cross-functional project lifecycle management.
- Proven experience leading large, complex implementations with executive engagement.
- Experience collaborating with Sales/pre-sales teams for enterprise scoping.
- Strong knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, and challenges.
- Fluency with EHR environments (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and architecture.
- Proven track record in data analysis using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience managing hospital system projects such as EHR implementations.
- Ability to travel 25%-35% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to shape scope and set delivery expectations.
- Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide deployments.
- Lead complex implementations involving multiple service lines and surgeon groups.
- Serve as strategic advisor to perioperative leadership and C-suite.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to maximize client value.
- Leverage perioperative expertise to drive workflow adoption.
- Anticipate risks and design mitigation strategies.
- Use reporting tools to identify gaps and drive ROI.
- Act as the primary implementation owner with broad autonomy.
