Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales life cycle experience in the travel industry
- Experience in B2B business development and account management
- In-depth understanding of local travel market and networks
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- International mindset with ability to work across cultural contexts
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in assigned territory
- Sign up new partners including tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs
- Provide system training and onboarding for new partners
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners
- Perform account management for assigned partner portfolio
- Execute and manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup
- Control compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis
- Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems
- Initiate API deals with partners
