Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales life cycle experience in the travel industry
  • Experience in B2B business development and account management
  • In-depth understanding of local travel market and networks
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • International mindset with ability to work across cultural contexts
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales activities to hit growth targets in assigned territory
  • Sign up new partners including tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, and OTAs
  • Provide system training and onboarding for new partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners
  • Perform account management for assigned partner portfolio
  • Execute and manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup
  • Control compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis
  • Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems
  • Initiate API deals with partners
