- Exposure to managing multiple clients' books
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
Responsibilities
- Perform end to end accounting process for multiple clients
- Maintain the books up to date by utilizing softwares such as QBO and Dext
- Reconcile clients’ bank and accounting ledgers
- Process A/P invoices using bill-pay systems such as Bill.com and Routable
- Process payroll journal entries
- Prepare, analyze, and review of month-end financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform accounting related project based tasks assigned by the managers
- Problem solve with a technology-first mindset
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met
