Requirements

  • Clinical certification in dentistry (e.g., RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA).
  • Dental office management experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the health industry (orthodontic, dental, practice, treatment coordination).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel (vehicle and plane).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Resourceful and effective problem solver.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
  • Strong team player.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve full integration in orthodontic practices.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams using a consultative approach.
  • Deliver clinical training and presentations both virtually and in person.
  • Lead and manage new customer onboarding training strategy.
  • Strategically work with sales and marketing functions to prioritize opportunities.
  • Act as a clinical mentor to internal and external partners.
  • Utilize orthodontic industry knowledge to provide clinical input for new product development.
  • Diagnose results and lead triage and execution.
  • Manage travel independently within company guidelines.
