Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of designing and driving attribution modeling (Multi-touch) for Marketing and TOFU streams.
- Experience building reporting for organic growth, brand health, and Share of Voice.
- Proficiency operating across the technical stack from Snowflake to Dbt and BI tools.
- Experience navigating CRM and automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of modern BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
- Ability to communicate complex data structures to executives clearly.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of attribution models capturing the value of Marketing and TOFU streams.
- Establish framework for measuring marketing channels and build reporting for Share of Voice, organic reach, and brand sentiment.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning process for marketing investments with data-backed budget allocation recommendations.
- Build and maintain LTV models to guide acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analyse the B2B funnel from awareness to closed-won revenue to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure marketing data integrity in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Mentor senior analysts and set the standard for analytical excellence.
