Requirements

  • 3+ years in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination.
  • Hands-on Shopify or e-commerce platform experience (managing orders, products, inventory).
  • Customer service queue experience with a professional tone.
  • Experience with help desk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Commslayer, or Re:amaze.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and 3PL portals.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on documentation.
  • Reliable and self-directed in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow across US, Canadian, and UK 3PLs to catch exceptions.
  • Liaise with 3PLs on damaged units, fulfillment errors, returns, and special projects.
  • Coordinate inbound shipments, track containers, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Improve SOPs, automate manual work, and generate operational reports on shipping SLAs and return rates.
  • Work customer service tickets including WISMOs, address changes, refunds, and warranty claims.
  • Apply retention strategies to returns by offering educational solutions or exchanges.
  • Reconcile credit notes, process sales orders, and maintain accounting/inventory system data.
  • Improve customer service automation, including macros, AI agent training, and routing rules.
