Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy (BizOps, management consulting, etc.), data science, or product management.
- Experience working with large datasets and practical statistical analyses.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end to end.
- Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Start-up mentality and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities
- Drive performance management and reporting to leadership across Ladder.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product and performance data.
- Develop new analytics and data processes, working with engineering and data science stakeholders.
- Program manage strategic initiatives such as business cases and monetization strategies.
- Prioritize and size initiatives by evaluating impact, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and analyze data for decision-making.
- Build efficient processes and implement new systems for priority business initiatives.
