Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business continuity and/or operational resilience.
- Proven track record of scaling programs in high-growth, global environments.
- Deep expertise in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, and incident response.
- Experience evolving traditional programs through automation and AI/data analytics.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, stablecoins, and always-on financial platforms.
- Experience operating within regulated environments.
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP are valued.
Responsibilities
- Reimagine Enterprise Resilience through a dynamic, continuously adaptive capability.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for automated Business Impact Analyses and predictive risk insights.
- Establish a forward-looking risk framework to prioritize operational vulnerabilities.
- Partner with engineering and security to embed resilience into critical infrastructure.
- Lead a modern testing program including stress testing and adversarial exercises.
- Ensure alignment with global regulatory expectations such as DORA.
- Drive accountability through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
