Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Establish and manage strategic relationships with key industrial customers and partners
  • Create selling opportunities by identifying customer pain points
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation teams for client engagement
  • Oversee, develop, and execute sales of full product line in territory
  • Work with distributor reps, end users, and manufacturing customers in the field
  • Negotiate and implement sales and marketing programs
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
  • Utilize CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management
  • Manage inventory movement, territory expenses, and report to VP of Sales
