Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with key industrial customers and partners
- Create selling opportunities by identifying customer pain points
- Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation teams for client engagement
- Oversee, develop, and execute sales of full product line in territory
- Work with distributor reps, end users, and manufacturing customers in the field
- Negotiate and implement sales and marketing programs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
- Utilize CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Manage inventory movement, territory expenses, and report to VP of Sales
