Requirements
- 4+ years in demand generation, performance marketing, or related role
- Proven track record of owning pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proficiency in HubSpot including workflows and reporting
- Strong grasp of full-funnel metrics such as MQL, SAL, and pipeline contribution
- Ability to translate funnel data into actionable campaign decisions
- Experience building or using AI tools/automations in marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology (nice to have)
- Familiarity with senior living or regulated markets (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline contribution from marketing campaigns
- Manage full-funnel performance from first touch through opportunity creation
- Oversee multi-channel programs across paid, email, content, and events
- Develop and manage AI tools and agent-based workflows
- Manage lead generation and nurturing in HubSpot including routing and segmentation
- Drive conversion rate optimization and A/B testing across the funnel
- Manage paid media strategy including Google and Meta Ads
- Report on pipeline performance and align with Sales on lead quality
