Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management within SaaS, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel optimization, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with account-based marketing strategies and buyer journey engagement models.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional marketing teams is highly valuable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication channels to drive pipeline growth.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting high-value accounts across key segments and regions.
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and engagement data to identify trends and optimize conversion outcomes across the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations teams to support lead management processes, attribution modeling, and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor KPIs and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Coordinate execution across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with go-to-market priorities.
  • Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events aimed at driving engagement and opportunity creation.
  • Contribute to nurture programs, webinars, executive engagement initiatives, and customer advocacy activities to strengthen relationships and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, targeting strategies, messaging effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors, supporting budget alignment and campaign delivery execution.
