Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Expertise in analytics tools such as Segment and Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels and funnel metrics.
- Proven track record of scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge marketing and sales alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience managing marketing support for recruiting or employer branding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and drive execution across paid, lifecycle, and content channels.
- Design full-funnel architecture and ensure lead routing and MQL quality.
- Manage nurture infrastructure, segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation.
- Execute rigorous CRO programs and optimize landing pages, ad creative, and email flows.
- Lead and align SEO, content, and agency teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Analyze key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPL) to scale campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with the Revenue/Sales team to define lead qualification and campaign integration.
