Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Segment and Amplitude.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and funnel metrics.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge marketing and sales alignment.
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
  • Experience managing marketing support for recruiting or employer branding is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategy and drive execution across paid, lifecycle, and content channels.
  • Design full-funnel architecture and ensure lead routing and MQL quality.
  • Manage nurture infrastructure, segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation.
  • Execute rigorous CRO programs and optimize landing pages, ad creative, and email flows.
  • Lead and align SEO, content, and agency teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Analyze key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPL) to scale campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue/Sales team to define lead qualification and campaign integration.
