Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services
- Demonstrated success in growing AUM
- Experience managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Digital asset familiarity
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with distribution partners and intermediaries
- Lead prospect and client meetings
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions
- Work with Marketing Team to support activities to attract and activate client base
- Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management
- Deliver white-glove service for digital assets
