Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a post-sale revenue role.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, Connected TV, digital media, or AdTech.
  • Fluency in CS methodology including value realization and EBR/QBR frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDICC as an account health framework.
  • Strong facilitation skills for experienced CS teams.
  • Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Highspot.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of Customer Success enablement programs end-to-end.
  • Build practical, high-impact learning experiences for Customer Success teams.
  • Create reinforcement systems including manager coaching frameworks and workflow tools.
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives with operational discipline.
  • Participate in team meetings, account reviews, and QBR prep sessions.
  • Leverage Gong and Salesforce insights to identify trends and skill gaps.
  • Develop scalable content for renewals, expansion, and executive business reviews.
  • Partner with CS leadership to embed enablement into team operating rhythms.
  • Design and facilitate coaching programs and role-plays.
