Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or post-sale revenue role
  • Experience in programmatic advertising, Connected TV, or AdTech
  • Fluency in CS methodology such as value realization and expansion motions
  • Working knowledge of MEDDICC as an account health framework
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Highspot
  • Prior direct experience as a CSM, Onboarding Specialist, or Account Manager preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of Customer Success enablement programs end-to-end
  • Build practical, high-impact learning experiences
  • Create reinforcement systems including manager coaching frameworks and peer learning
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously
  • Leverage Gong and Salesforce insights to identify trends and skill gaps
  • Develop field-ready content for renewals, expansion, and QBRs
  • Design and facilitate coaching programs and role-plays
