Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, operations, or virtual assistant roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls to customers.

- Ability to multitask and manage moderate-volume workflows.
- Basic familiarity with graphic files and design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and printing options.
- Proactively reach out to customers via email and phone to resolve issues.
- Monitor and manage order flow through the company’s custom admin system.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and identify potential issues.
- Review submitted logos and artwork for quality and print readiness.
- Flag design issues and coordinate with designers for adjustments.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Support automation and operational refinement initiatives.
