Responsibilities

  • Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
  • Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
  • Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs
