Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical role including data center design, construction, or technical sales.
- Experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
- Understanding of data center design and critical systems.
- Knowledge of hyperscale client design standards and philosophies.
- Strong knowledge of data center customer infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).
- Proficiency in design or visualization software (Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team in Europe to understand client requirements and provide data center solutions.
- Provide technical assistance to sales teams for RFPs, including technical Q&A and presentations.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate value to internal and external teams.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and project delivery teams.
- Provide post-sales technical support and assist in implementation.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Contribute technical input to platform reference designs and standard solution sets.
- Translate requirements into integrated electrical, mechanical and systems design solutions.
- Identify technical risks and engage with manufacturers to validate technical assumptions.
