Requirements

- Strong understanding of modern architectures including APIs, integrations, IAM, and security.
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with commercial concepts like services scoping and ROI framing.
- Excellent communication skills tailored for executive and technical audiences.
- Strong competitive positioning instincts and ability to handle objections.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured, multi-persona discovery to define goals, challenges, and KPIs for various stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into technical and business solutions, including scoped service engagements.
- Build demos and POCs that prove value against defined business metrics.
- Orchestrate project delivery by collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with pre-sales value commitments.
- Monitor adoption and strategic success metrics, resolving blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop a use case pipeline for each account to drive expansion and long-term partnership.
- Provide structured, signal-rich feedback to Product and Engineering based on real deployment experiences.
