  • Strong technical acumen combining business experience.
  • Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL, databases, APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire customer journey from kick-off to onboarding to continued success and increased adoption.
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding through effective project management.
  • Ensure Enterprise customers utilize the platform to its fullest extent.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across all products.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
  • Surface use cases and problems to Engineering to push the product to the next level.
  • Work closely with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption within large organizations.
