Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role.
- Strong technical acumen combining business experience.
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Proficiency with SQL, databases, APIs, and reporting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer journey from kick-off to onboarding to continued success and increased adoption.
- Deliver timely and organized onboarding through effective project management.
- Ensure Enterprise customers utilize the platform to its fullest extent.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across all products.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
- Surface use cases and problems to Engineering to push the product to the next level.
- Work closely with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption within large organizations.
