- Define website functionality in ambiguous contexts and own project delivery.
- Manage technical deployments including DNS, domain transfers, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues.
- Translate partner requirements into actionable tasks.
- Respond to urgent site incidents.
- Champion product improvements and bug reporting.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
