Proficiency with automation tooling, data architectures, and modern GTM systems
Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives with measurable business impact

Assess and redesign core GTM workflows across pipeline generation, forecasting, renewals, customer expansion, and operational planning
Identify inefficiencies, manual dependencies, and execution bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
Define scalable, AI-native operating models that improve execution quality, forecasting accuracy, and operating leverage
Apply AI, analytics, and automation capabilities across structured and unstructured GTM data sources
Develop systems that continuously surface pipeline risks, expansion opportunities, operational anomalies, and forecasting insights
Deploy production-grade AI and automation solutions embedded into daily workflows
Build and execute a multi-quarter transformation roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes
Establish governance frameworks for automation quality, metric consistency, and AI oversight
Define KPI frameworks tied to forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, productivity, and operational efficiency
