Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Post-Graduate education or formal training / certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- 3+ years of experience in automation and AI technologies (RPA, intelligent document processing, conversational AI, agentic AI, generative AI).
- 3+ years of experience streamlining and automating sales processes using CRM and integrated tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional programs into scalable, measurable outcomes.
- Experience improving operational efficiency, reducing manual toil, and enhancing experience through automation.
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and building consensus in large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- People leadership experience with an ability to inspire and mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the automation and AI strategy for Operations.
- Build and manage automation and AI capabilities (RPA, chatbots, agentic AI).
- Partner with Operations leadership to identify pain points.
- Influence enterprise and tool governance decisions.
- Oversee training, communication, and change management for AI/automation adoption.
- Champion user enablement and citizen development.
- Manage process orchestration inventory & maps.
- Measure process effectiveness to standardize approach and inform automation pipeline.
- Report progress and Return on investment to Operations and Auto leadership.
